LuxiEdge · parent company
Numerical trust and AI energy systems.
LuxiEdge is the parent company. LuxiQuant is the primary commercial division, led by LuxiQuant Risk State Engine. LuxiEnergy is the secondary division for AI Energy Systems. Research and Evidence preserve the measured work and its boundaries.
Company structure
LuxiQuant
The primary commercial division. It assumes mature firms already operate incremental systems, caches, snapshots, lineage, reconciliation, and authoritative rebuilds. Risk State Engine adds a narrow state-maintenance and control layer around the matrices those systems produce, with reproducible final state and measurable update and authentication cost. It is available through a paid confidential evaluation.
LuxiEnergy — AI Energy Systems
The secondary division. It organizes work to reduce waste across AI compute, memory movement, workload behavior, and power delivery.
LuxiBook
The downloadable public receipt and determinism demonstration. Its option-pricing evidence is separate from Risk State Engine numerical aggregation.
Measurement discipline
Authoritative comparison
Fresh rebuilds remain comparators and reconciliation mechanisms. Luxi does not claim to eliminate them or replace pricing and full revaluation.
Separated evidence
State agreement, update cost, authentication cost, lineage evidence, and integration results keep their workload, hardware, execution boundary, source, and date.
